Starters

Feta cheese cream with parched tomatoes, served with Mediterranean ham slices

Avocado cream served with smoked salmon slices

Ricotta cream seasoned with green spices & vegetables

Soup

Clear soup with spinach flavoured vermicelli

Main dishes

1.       Smoked trout roasted with olive and vegetable flavoured cream cheese, served on a gnocchi dish with cream and pesto

2.       Roasted knuckle of lamb marinated with white wine, served on pearl barley salad with feta cheese

3.       Grilled, marinated guinea-hen supreme garnished with curry flavoured mashed potatoes & Mediterranean salad with mango

4. Strudel stuffed with vegetables topped with cheese cream, garnished with soya balls and fresh salad with balsamic

5.       Sirloin steak with porcini, served with ruccola salad and potatoes baked in their jackets

Dessert

1. Somlói(Sponge-Cake) á la Belgian chocolate
 
2. Semolina cream with cinnamon topped with a sauce of berries

Superior: Menu + a glass of Champagne + a bottle of mineral water or a glass of soft drink - 14 900 HUF (~ 62 EUR)
